There is no nutritional equivalent of a “one size fits all” for enjoying optimum health and energy. My services are tailored to fit the individual. My focus is in the prevention of chronic diseases and the maintenance of optimum health and energy.

Nutritional knowledge must be translated into easy to understand and (follow) practical, affordable, and sustainable steps. I help my clients translate the science of nutrition into the art of healthy cooking and eating. I emphasize and demonstrate what can be achieved in everyday life.
